Care4Life providers are board-certified nurse practitioners that have been selected because of their focus on building relationships and providing quality care to their patients.  Nurse practitioners are valuable members of the healthcare team. As providers, teachers, leaders, and patient advocates, nurse practitioners approach patient care in a holistic manner to ensure patient needs are met at the time of visit. Nurse practitioner are able to prescribe medications, perform in-office procedures, diagnose, order and interpret diagnostic tests and treat illnesses .

 Just like a traditional primary care doctor, we will send you to Quest lab based. Your Care4Life provider will get the results, review them with you, and follow up as needed.

No.  All you need is a computer or smartphone. The device must have a reliable internet connection and a camera (for video chat).  

Traditional fast past offices are very busy and providers simply don’t have time for you. Care4Life is a completely new approach to  your  Healthcare needs. The providers see a limited number of patients, so they can give you the time and attention you deserve. Our service is completely online, which means that you get comprehensive, personalized care from anywhere, on any device.

The entire Care4Life platform is secure and HIPAA compliant (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure that the communication with your Care4Life provider remains a private matter between the two of you. Your information is stored on our secure servers and we take every measure to ensure your privacy and the safety of your data.
